By using beacondentalsolutions.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. This site is not an offer, and it is not the contract

Everything on this website, including any price, service description or summary of our performance guarantee, is provided for information. Services are governed solely by a signed written agreement between Beacon and your practice. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails. The two standard bands shown on our pricing page are the prices we charge. Anything outside those bands, and any change to your scope, is priced in your order form and confirmed in writing before that work begins.

3. The guarantee summary

Our guarantee page summarizes Schedule C of our client agreement in plain English. It is a summary. The floors, the definitions, the credit ladder, the calibration period, the minimum-volume rule, the caps and the exclusions are set out in the agreement itself, which we will send you before you commit to anything. No service credit arises except under a signed agreement.

4. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, coding, clinical or compliance advice. Dental coding and payer rules change, and your circumstances are your own.

5. Do not send patient information

Our contact form is not a secure channel for protected health information. Do not submit patient information through this website. If you do, we will remove it from the form record and delete it securely once we have confirmed we can do so safely.

6. Our content

The content, design and marks on this site belong to Beacon Dental Solutions LLC, except for three photographs that are third-party works in the public domain. You may read the content, print it and share it. You may not copy it for a competing commercial purpose or present it as your own.

7. Availability and links

We do not promise the site will be available without interruption. Any link to another website is for convenience and is not an endorsement.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beacon is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the state and federal courts sitting in Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
