About Beacon

Built by someone who thinks you deserve receipts.

Beacon Dental Solutions is a Massachusetts company, formed in 2026, that runs the insurance back office for independent dental practices: verification, claims, denials, appeals and payer accounts receivable. We are building our first book of clients now, and we would rather tell you that plainly than have you work it out.

Why Beacon exists

Because “trust us” stopped being good enough.

A dental practice is a small business with a large receivables problem. The money is earned at the chair and lost in the back office, quietly, in the gap between the treatment and the payment. Most practices know this is happening and cannot see where.

The companies that offer to fix it mostly ask for a share of the collections and send back a summary. When a month goes badly, nothing happens to them. That asymmetry is the thing Beacon was built to remove.

So Beacon charges a flat fee, publishes the numbers it is measured on, and accepts a financial consequence when it falls short. Not as a promotion. As a clause in the contract you sign.

What we believe

Five things we will not do.

These are easier to state than to keep, which is why they are on a public page.

We will not take a percentage of your collections

It charges you most in the months you did best, and it gives your billing company a reason to prefer big claims over old ones. A flat fee per practice removes the argument entirely.

We will not chase your patients for money

Beacon works the insurance side. Patient statements, patient balances, payment plans and patient collections stay with your practice, because the moment a billing company starts calling patients it stops being invisible and starts being your reputation.

We will not build a database of your patients

We work inside your system under logins you control, and in our own US-hosted environment under a business associate agreement. We keep no patient list of our own, and the only data we keep for ourselves is de-identified.

We will not claim results we have not produced

You will find no testimonials on this site, no client count and no collections percentage borrowed from someone else’s practice. When we have results, we will publish them with the method attached.

We will not guarantee what we do not control

We guarantee our own work and report honestly on the rest. No billing company controls what an insurer approves, and any company that implies otherwise is selling you something it cannot deliver.

The honest status report

Where Beacon is today, in four lines.

Formed2026, Massachusetts. Registered, with named ownership. Our HIPAA policies are written and adopted, and they take effect before we hold any client data. Cyber and errors-and-omissions cover of at least $1,000,000 per claim is bound before your start date and stays in force from our first work or first access, whichever comes first, and you get the certificate before your start date.
ClientsBuilding the first book now. We are selective about the first few because we intend to do them properly.

The offerA flat fee, a published scorecard, and a contractual remedy when we miss. The guarantee is here.

If being early bothers you, that is a reasonable position and we will not try to talk you out of it. If being early interests you, it is the only time you will get this much of our attention.
